ChaseSource LP is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk Near Pasadena, TX
The AR Specialist is responsible for the daily activities related to the processing and distribution of customer invoices and receipt of payment. The AR Specialist is required to understand the accounts receivable workflow from verifying operational tickets, creating customer invoices and following through on customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Extensive use of TRACK system
- Transactional data entry into electronic billing system
- Confirming work activity tickets
- Creating invoices and submitting to customers in a timely fashion
- Responding to customer, sales, and employee queries
- Participate in collection efforts to ensure timely receipt of customer payments
- Submission of customer invoices in portals including OpenInvoice, Ariba, and Coupa
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Minimum of two years of professional finance or accounting experience
- Hands on experience with electronic billing systems
- Microsoft Excel/Word experience is required
